1. About Faro and These Terms

Faro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) AI operations platform for estate agents, made by The Foundry (wearethefoundry.io), a brand of The Togethr Project Ltd.

By accessing or using Faro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using Faro on behalf of an estate agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind that agency to these terms.

Note: These terms govern use of the Faro platform. A separate service agreement covering contractual obligations, SLAs, and data processing will be provided at the point of purchase.

2. The Service

Faro provides AI-assisted tools for estate agents including, but not limited to: inbox triage, sales pipeline management, property listing generation, client portals, and reporting. The platform is designed to work alongside your existing estate agency software and does not replace regulated professional advice.

AI-generated content: Faro uses artificial intelligence to assist with tasks such as drafting emails and property descriptions. All AI-generated content is a suggestion only. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before use. Faro does not make autonomous legal, financial, or regulated decisions on your behalf.

3. Free Trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial of the Core Office Plan. No payment is taken during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

4. Subscription and Billing

Faro is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at the point of sign-up. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
You may cancel at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Additional agent seats are charged at the per-seat rate shown at signup.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Faro for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account.
Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Faro platform.
Use AI-generated content in a way that is misleading, discriminatory, or in breach of property advertising regulations.

6. Your Data and Content

You retain full ownership of the data and content you create within Faro (property listings, client records, emails, etc.). By using Faro, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that data you upload or process through Faro (including client personal data) complies with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.

7. Intellectual Property

The Faro platform, including its design, code, branding, and all non-user-generated content, is the intellectual property of The Togethr Project Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in Faro.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Faro is provided "as is". While we work hard to maintain a reliable, high-quality service, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Togethr Project Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Faro, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in that period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of Faro after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
