Does Faro use my emails to train AI models?

No. Your email content is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate classifications and draft replies, but it is never stored for model training. Anthropic's API terms explicitly prohibit using customer data for training.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in the EU (Supabase infrastructure, AWS eu-west region). Email content is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Each agency's data is isolated using row-level security.
